SME Technopreneur Centre Cyberjaya 1 was developed in line with the Government's aspirations to cater for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) at affordable rental rates in Cyberjaya. This office complex is basically comprised of an Office Block and an Administration Block. The Office is zoned into Block A,B & C. Block A and Block C are 3-storey while Block B is 4-storey.They are linked in a U-shape cluster around a landscaped courtyard by a common basement floor for car parks. A total of 158 units of varying rentable office space of between 660 square feet and 1070 square feet are available with centralised amenities such as toilets, pantries, cafeteria (with alfresco dining area), a gymnasium, a lounge, a resource centre and lifts. The Administration Block is a 2-storey building, serving as the 'gateway' into the office complex. Two wings (east and west wings) of the building are connected at the First Floor by a pedestrian bridge. The west wing comprises a reception lobby, FMC's office, building security and control room, mail room, surau and data centre, whereas the east wing consists of a boardroom and Cyberview's office.
In order to support the Malaysia Government's agenda for SMEs, SME Technopreneur Centre Cyberjaya 2 was planned.
The second SME building is again not just a building project as it will also include a total comprehensive support system for the benefit of companies operating in this building.
